A native of Paducah, KY, Dr. Walter Rucker received his B.S. from Murray State University in 1989, and his M.D. degree in 1993 from the University of Louisville. Afterwards, he completed a 3 year family practice residency at Goppert Family Care Center in Kansas City, MO.
In addition to being Board-Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Rucker received additional training and is certified in Facial Aesthetic procedures including Xeomin and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). |

Lauryn Smith, from Englewood, TN, earned her A.S.N. from Cleveland State Community College in 2012, and her B.S.N. from ETSU in 2014. She then gained over five years of experience as an R.N. in Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit at Starr Regional Hospital. In 2017, after her work at the hospital, she earned her Masters of Science Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner, and is Board-Certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Lauryn has also received additional training in Facial Aesthetic with Xeomin.
